The Blurb - Please read carefully!

Please make sure you read and understand our terms and conditions. If you have any issues please email mel@melicraft.co.uk and we will do our best to help you. Also - please visit and like our Facebook Page - we have chat facilities over there, and we like to keep you up to date with special offers and discount codes! You have to tick a box during checkout to say you are bound by these terms, so please take the time to have a quick read.

 

Personalised Items

Due to their very nature, you will not be able to return personalised items after delivery, unless they have been damaged in transit. You will be instructed in the listing to use the contact us page after you order (or before if you prefer) to let us know what you woud like printed on your items. We copy and paste your text, so please make sure that your spellings and wording is exactly what you need. You will be asked in each listing what information you require. This is important to avoid misunderstanding. If your item is lost or damaged in the post we can help with that. Misprints from your information, sadly we cannot. This webite does not have a direct personalisation option for us to use at this time, but it's something we are working on. If we receive your order, and have not had an email from you regarding details, we will email you to request it. PLEASE CHECK SPAM FOLDERS. If we have not had any details from you, or replies to our emails within 2 weeks, we will cancel the order and refund your payment. You will of course be free to re-order, but we will need those details.

 Digital Items

Your digital items are ready for you to download fairly instantly after your payment is cleared. You will find the files in your account section. There is a menu on the left, and your downloads are there along with your order history. After you have downloaded the files they will be stored on your device wherever your downloads usually go. If you have trouble finding them, Google is your friend....there are so many options we cannot possibly detail them all here. The files are .ZIP folders, and will need unzipping before you access the files. There are free unzipping programs readily available on the net, for both mobile and pc/mac devices. We use 7-zip and WinRar personally, these are free programs and really easy to use. As for mobile devices, you can run a search in your app store and chose your favourite from there. After you have opened the zip file, your items will be readily available. Our files are mainly image files, PDF files and Office documents. You will need to make sure you have the software on your devices to be able to access these files. We are always happy to assist where we can, so if you still run into trouble, email Mel@melicraft.co.uk and we will do our very best to make sure you can access the files. Failing THAT, we can email you the files, all unzipped, right into your mailbox. What we cannot do is accept returns or give refunds for downloaded files. So please make sure you can access the files you are purchasing before you confirm your order.

 

Our Patterns and Charts - Permissions

As is standard, you have permission to sell or gift items you make with our patterns. A credit to the designer – "Design by Mel@Melicraft" would be appreciated! Please do not share/re-sell the patterns online, print out to distribute (free or paid), give/film tutorials from our patterns or pass off as your own. You are free to share links to where you bought your pattern online or on social media. In fact – we actively encourage it
